These terms govern your use of knowdemand.com. Please read them before using the site. Use of the client platform is governed by a separate written agreement.

KnowDemand is a service of PropScient Data Intelligence DWC-LLC, a free-zone limited liability company registered by Dubai Aviation City Corporation in the Dubai South Free Zone, Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Registration No. 13582, Licence No. 14573). Registered address: Business Centre, Floor 3, Building A3, Business Park, Dubai South, Dubai, UAE.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "the site" means knowdemand.com.

Using this site

You may read this site and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with attribution to KnowDemand and a link to the page.

You may not scrape, harvest or systematically copy the site or its content; use automated means to access it beyond ordinary search-engine crawling; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; interfere with its operation; or republish, resell or redistribute its content as your own or as part of a competing product.

About the information we publish

Our published figures are modelled estimates, not statements of fact about completed transactions. A Market Demand Index reflects measured search and related intent, aggregated and anonymized. It is not a forecast, not a guarantee, and not a record of sales, bookings or deals. Where certainty differs between markets, we say so.

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it is an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for decisions you make. Take your own professional advice before acting.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government authority, registry or statistical office. Any third-party name that appears on this site is used descriptively and remains the property of its owner.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and current, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. Content is provided as is.

Our intellectual property

The site, its text, design, graphics, and the methods and models behind our published analysis are owned by us or licensed to us. The KnowDemand name and logo are our marks. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a site we do not control, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

The client platform

Access to app.knowdemand.com requires an account issued by us and is governed by the separate agreement under which that account is granted. Where that agreement and these terms differ in respect of the platform, that agreement takes precedence. Do not share account credentials.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this site or reliance on information published on it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information the site collects and how it is handled. It forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts having jurisdiction there will deal with any dispute.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
