This policy explains what personal information knowdemand.com collects, why, and what we do with it. It describes our actual practice, not a generic template.

Who we are

KnowDemand is a service of PropScient Data Intelligence DWC-LLC, a free-zone limited liability company registered by Dubai Aviation City Corporation in the Dubai South Free Zone, Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Registration No. 13582, Licence No. 14573). Registered address: Business Centre, Floor 3, Building A3, Business Park, Dubai South, Dubai, UAE.

What we collect

Information you choose to give us. Our pilot-request form asks for your work email (required), and optionally your name, company, mobile number, industry and a message. We also record which page of the site you submitted the form from.

Technical information collected when you submit the form. Your IP address and your browser user-agent string. We use these to prevent automated abuse and to rate-limit submissions (a maximum of six per ten minutes from the same address). We do not use them to build a profile of you.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-9SZLNCWMJQ) to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. This sets cookies and reports aggregate information such as page views, approximate location derived from IP, and device and browser type. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.

A hidden anti-spam field. Our form includes a field invisible to people and usually filled by bots. If it is completed the submission is discarded. It collects nothing from a human visitor.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identifiers, or any special category information such as health, biometric, religious or political data through this site. Please do not include such information in the free-text message field.

The demand estimates KnowDemand publishes are produced from aggregated, anonymized signals about markets, not from information about the people who visit this website. Nothing you submit here feeds those estimates.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a pilot or demonstration. To keep a record of the enquiry and our correspondence. To keep the site secure and free of automated abuse. To understand, in aggregate, which content is useful.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Where it goes

knowdemand.com is a static website. When you submit the form, the details are transmitted to and stored on infrastructure operated by the same company under the propscient.com domain, which is the shared backend for our products. A notification is also sent to our team by email and messaging so we can respond.

We use a small number of service providers to host the site and its backend, deliver email and messaging notifications, and provide analytics and network security. They process information only on our instructions. We are based in the United Arab Emirates and information may be processed there and in other countries where those providers operate.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only where we need to for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider settings. If you ask us to delete your enquiry we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you contacted us by mistake, tell us and we will remove the record.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on Google provides. The site works without analytics cookies.

Security

The site and its backend are served over HTTPS and sit behind a network security provider. Access to enquiry records is restricted to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim it is. If a breach affects your information and the law requires us to tell you, we will.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
